Q: 1. What is the lead time?
A: Sample is 1-3 working days, mass production time is 3-5 working days for less than 1000 PCS.

Q: 2. Could we place a mixed order?
A: It's ok. But normally for mixed order, MOQ for each item is 50pcs. 

Q: 3. Can I have a dummy sample even pre-production before I send you the order?
A: Yes, we can send you the dummy samples or samples with logo for your approval first.

Q: 4. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Q: 5. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print? 
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. if mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.

Q: 6. What are "Color Corrections" and the "Color Match Guarantee"?
A: Color Corrections include each individual image review and adjusting of density, color tones, saturation and lighting.

Q: 7. Why pay 30% deposit and pay 70% before shipping, I want credit, OK?
